Possibility 2 - Create a shortcut from the fact itself
 

At the bottom of each fact, you can see if there are any shortcuts to this fact. Moreover, there is a link for creating additional shortcuts to this specific fact.

Procedure:

(1) Click on “add shortcut”.

(2) The first hierarchy of the structure tree is displayed. If you want to display subfolders, click on the plus next to a folder.

(3) Click in the checkbox(es) next to the folder(s) in which you want to create the shortcut.

(4) Click on "add to selected".
